A1 Windows 350 Series Patio Door provides a simple elegant design that blends with remodel projects or new construction in a wide range of applications; high rise, commercial or residential.
The 350 Series are made of heavily thermally broken T6 aluminum and are coated with highly durable polycron finishes for superior longevity (Duranar/ Duracron).
The unique ability of the 350 Series to open from either side (XX configuration) makes it an ideal choice for small apartments where the choice of which side to open can impact furniture placement. The 3.5 inch frame width means seamless integration with the window system.
350 Series Sliding patio door configurations include OX, XO, OXO and OXXO with widths from 5 ft to 16 ft. Retractable Screens are available as an option.
Double slider (operable for either left or right hand sides) and bi-part sliding configurations available.
Twin thermal breaks isolate the center wall of the full perimeter frame for true thermal separation and increased energy performance.
Sloped sill rapidly expels moisture.
Stile and rail are milled and sleeved for added rigidity.
Main frame – 3 ½” deep, drained and pressure equalized; made of T6 extruded aluminum.
Frame corners have butt joints sealed with composite gaskets.
Glazing – Tempered safety glass with Argon / Low-E engineered to meet structural and wind loads.

Our standard high-performance Low-E insulating glass lowers energy costs, helps homes stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, reducing the fading of interior furnishings and condensation. It also delivers greater visible light transmittance than tinted glass.
Add architectural interest to your windows with our divided lite options. These options include simulated divided lites (SDL) for an authentic look. They feature grilles that are permanently attached to both the interior and exterior glass and optional shadow bars that are placed between the two panes of insulating glass to provide design detail.
Grilles are available in 7/8″ widths in several grille patterns. These grilles are available in the color that matches the exterior color of the window you choose.
Safety Glass
Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), between its two or more layers of glass. The interlayer keeps the layers of glass bonded even when broken, and its high strength prevents the glass from breaking up into large sharp pieces. This produces a characteristic “spider web” cracking pattern when the impact is not enough to completely pierce the glass. Laminated glass is normally used when there is a possibility of human impact or where the glass could fall.
Tempered glass is a type of safety glass that has increased strength and will usually shatter in small, rounded grains instead of jagged shards when broken. It is used when strength, thermal resistance and safety are important considerations. In residential applications it’s mainly found in bathrooms, patio doors and fixed lites adjacent to doors.
