“We reached out to A1 windows for a quote after a friend’s recommendation and receiving quotes from other window manufacturing companies. The quote was provided in Dec 2020, and the install was completed in Feb 2021.
We were happy with the service, communication, and follow-through. Robert was the salesperson we spoke to, and he was informative and took the time to recognise our needs and provide various options. Mani and Ranjit were the installers, and they were careful in removing the existing windows and cleaned up thoroughly after installing the new replacement windows. One of the windows were cracked upon arrival, and it took less than one week for them to replace the glass.
Our experience has been stress-free due to the exceptional customer service provided by Mani, Ranjit, and Robert, and we would use them again for future home renovations.”

They took great pride in their work as they were very thorough, regular communication and answering any questions we had, super professional. I cannot stress enough how refreshing this was, from the beginning of the installation to the end.
They lay drop mats to protect our flooring and cleaned up afterwards. You would not have known that there were window installations that had taken place had it not been for the gleaming new windows. Our house was left clean and tidy.

“A few lines to say how pleased we are with our new replacement windows (manufactured by your company and installed in our residence).
Our concern became clear when during last winter, we had quite severe condensation on our windows mainly, to the paint were laying paper towels along the edges to absorb water. Our main concern was this would cause rotting of the wood.
We were very interested in seeing your plant and your real willingness to answer any questions we put to you. As you requested, we made rough measurements for you to put together a rough estimate, and your man came to verify. Being an older home, of course, all (almost all) were slightly different in size. A total of 14 windows installed. Your crew arrived on the day advised actually somewhat earlier in the day than was set – but we were ready for them.
Your installation crew were totally about the business at hand and worked very hard in the course of the day. We are more than happy with the results!

“I wanted to take the time to thank everyone at A1 windows for their excellent product and service. I was referred to Robert. A, by a good friend, Robert is a sales rep. for A1 windows. Robert came by the house and explained all the window options and their efficiency and related government rebates. He left and put together a no-haggle quote with two options. We agreed, and I was then introduced to Manjeet, a lovely lady working out of their office. Manjeet arranged for a final window measurement prior to windows being ordered from a Local builder supplier. The same gentleman that came for the final measurements were the same gentleman doing the installation. The installers were Mani and Ranjit, both very professional and excellent at their jobs. They showed up on time and left my home clean with beautiful, professionally installed windows. Their attention to detail and the efficient way they worked was a pleasure to see. “Maninder, Ranjit, and Mandeep did a great job on the install. Friendly, clean, great attention to detail and pride in their work. Maninder thoroughly checked everything to be sure the caulking was clean and that the seals were good, and that the work was top notch. His pride in his work is impressive. He also provided continuous communication to ensure no concerns came up. Clean, careful work from the install crew, including moving a drain that was in the way of the new window frame.
Robert did a great job on the quote and navigating rebates. The new windows don’t have the drafts or cold feel of the old ones – highly recommend.”

“I am writing this review 1-day after our window installation and wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with the team at A1.
Like many homeowners, when we were researching into renovation windows, it was difficult to choose, as there is no shortage of window companies to choose from! We were referred to A1 by our contractor and spoke with Robert from the sales team. Robert did a thorough walkthrough of the company and products and focused heavily on the service side of the A1 experience. He did a full walkthrough of our house and was not only professional all the way through but also recommended changes to the new window setups to improve our overall experience in the home. This included swapping out the frosted glass material in our washroom windows from what was present in our current windows to increase light and also the change of orientation for the kitchen window slider to increase airflow while blinds are down.
After signing with A1, the post-follow up service from Su was exceptional. This lady wonderful, and she is ON IT! Extremely professional and responsive in locking down our install date and accommodating our schedule.
The only issue we experienced along the way was with the rep that came to do the final/thorough measurements of each window. He wasn’t the most polite or articulate of the team, but I reached out to Robert to ensure that all nuances of our house were properly documented. Robert was quick to call me back and reassure me that everything would be ok.
On the day of the install, the crew consisted of Mani, Ranjit and Mandeep. These guys work HARD. Mani and his crew were originally given two days to complete the job, but because he realised that we had a toddler in the family, he pushed his crew to finish in one day to minimise disruption to our household. They also ended up installing drip caps to all windows for maximum protection.
During the removal of the windows, the team accidentally knicked a window frame and left black residue on another. We fully expected some wear and tear to happen during the install process, but what surprised us was how Mani handled the situation. He was sincerely apologetic for damaging the walls and asked if we had a can of paint available. At the end of the day, he and his team touched up the walls, leaving everything good as new.
On our final walkthrough, Mani assured us of known issues like the shrinking of caulking and reassured us that if any of this happened, simply call them, and they will come back to do touch-ups.
Overall, a really great experience with the team at A1, and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for renovation windows in their home.”
